HOW DO I PAY?
Currently we use paypal. We will accept direct credit card payment soon. 
WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?
We ship worldwide. However, if your address is rejected to shipped to by the couriers, we’d contact you and refund the money in 48 hours. Please note that we are unable to ship to PO Boxes or DPO/FPO/APO Boxes
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
We offer Express Shipping at a flat rate for different countries. And Free Shipping for orders over 60 USD for all countries. 
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in 1-3 working days. From there it will usually takes 3 to 16 days according to your location.
Shipping to Hong Kong usually takes 1 to 3 business days. Shipping to other Asian locations, Australia, New Zealand, USA and Canada usually takes 3-6 business days.
There can be the occasional customs or courier delay which may affect your delivery timeframe for international shipping.
HOW DO I TRACT MY ORDER?
An email with your tracking number will be sent once your order has been dispatched. If you do not receive one in 3 working days, please email orders@c-starz.com
All orders require a signature on delivery, make sure your supplied address is attended during business hours We cannot send to PO BOXES, please ensure a street address is supplied
WHICH COURIER DO YOU USE? 
We uses DHL and FEDEX 
DUTIES & TAXES?
You will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes of your country. You may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
C-Starz does not have any control over these charges, and cannot tell how much they would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office to find out more information. C-Starz is not responsible for any customs and import duty charges.
CAN I RETURN THE PRODUCTS?
Unused and unopened orders with the product on may be returned within 15 days of receipt. Once we receive the returned item/s, C-Starz will offer a refund or exchange. Refund will be credited to your original method of payment excluding shipping costs, which are non-refundable. Used, opened, and/or final sale items cannot be returned.
